You want your company to grow. Doing the same old thing is only going to allow a certain amount of growth.
To really grow, to make the leaps that I am thinking you want, then you have to do something different. It’s time to innovate, to be creative if doing what you’ve always done isn’t giving you the growth you want.
Creativity and innovation take a willingness to look at things differently and a willingness to ask new questions.
Look at what your company does, all aspects from how you hire to what you sell. Are you willing to look at it in a new and different way? Do you encourage your employees to look at things differently? Do you ask your clients how you could help them solve their problems differently? Do you look at what others in your industry are doing or not doing? Do you look at what other industries are doing?
The more you look and ask questions the more possibilities you will see.
Do you ask yourself what if we did this or what if we didn’t do this? What if we tried this? Ask yourself “what if” and “what else” until you have no more answers. Don’t judge them just write them down. The idea is create quantity not quality. At this point you don’t know what quality is. SO strive for quantity.
