It doesn’t have to be a big party, any size party will do. It important to take a minute, stop and look around you and say we made it we did it! Great Job! Watch a baby, when they do something new they smile, their face lights up and they clap their hands, they are having a party. Take your cue from them. When you accomplish a goal smile at everyone and clap your hands and add a little more. The appreciation your employees then feel makes the journey to the next goal a little easier and more fun. When it’s fun to work to accomplish a goal others want to join and your chances of reaching it and surpassing it go up. So work hard and celebrate, so you can work hard again.
