4) They allow the what to determine the how
In summary, successful leaders are clear about their values and passion that underlie what they are trying to create. They clearly share that vision with those who are going to execute on the vision. This then creates an organization based on clarity and direction, ensuring that they have the right people all focused on going to the same place in the same way.
