073Remember those long summer days when you were a kid and you would start a project, maybe building a fort or going for an all day bike ride or doing whatever it was that seemed to make time speed up until the next thing you knew it was time to go in for dinner?

We talk about that being child’s play, when in reality it was child’s work.  The work of children is to express their joy in what they are doing and creating.

As a leader, how can you bring that experience back into your life and the life of your employees?  The more you create an environment that allows everyone to express their joy in what they are doing, the more your business will benefit.

It seems so simple, hire the right employees and create an environment that allows them to express their joy and then watch the magic happen.

Your business will grow and transform, serving your customers in new and innovative ways.
