Do you want to know what values your company is really living? Then just look at the health of your organization.
Does your company have a low rate of employee turnover and high moral? Then values that respect and value your employees are an important part of your culture.
Is growth stagnant and moral low? Then even if you say you value your employees you’re not living those values.
The health of your organization is tied directly to the values that you live by. So look at your organization and see what values are being expressed. Once you know what values are actually in place you can then determine what values are really important and then work to change the values and the culture. It won’t happen overnight, but with patience and persistence it will change.
