125Last week I wrote about how clarity helps you release the things that are not moving you forward.  What happens though, if you’re stuck and in need of clarity?  Possibly your vision isn’t as clear as it should be or maybe this quarter’s goals just don’t seem to be moving you forward.  What about a decision that needs to be made?  And the answer just doesn’t seem to come, or the answers you’ve gotten from others don’t seem to help.

According to Albert Einstein, “No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it.”  In my experience this means that when you’ve thought about the problem and you’ve talked to everyone about the problem and no great answer to the problem is coming through, it’s time to try another approach.  It’s time to get out of your head and allow your inner knowing to provide the answer.

Think back on a time when you had a problem that you just couldn’t seem to solve and then you went for a walk or finally went to bed and the next day the answer just seemed to magically appear.  That answer came from your inner knowing.  The challenge is to create a way to access that part of your consciousness with intention.  Meditation is one way.  I also have a process called Clarity Dives that helps you access your inner wisdom and the inner wisdom of a group.  You can read more about it here.
