We’re coming down to the end of the year, and while we know it’s important to take a look back and then a look forward to see where we want to go, it can be challenging to make the time to do that.
Today I’m going to provide a couple of easy questions for you to ask yourself and then in November and December I’ll ask you a few other questions. By the time the end of the year is here you’ll have done a look back and begun the look forward so you can answer the questions ‘Where am I going? What am I doing?”
1) What did I intend to accomplish this year.?(If you don’t have this written down someplace write it down now.)
2) What 3 accomplishments am I most proud of and who helped me accomplish them?
3) What 3 things did not turn out the way I thought they did and what did I learn?
This exercise should not take you more than 30 minutes to do. If takes longer than that, or you can’t answer the questions, it’s likely that you are not paying attention to where you are trying to go and what you’re doing to get there.
