Leadership is the key to creating great companies.  One of the keys to effective leaders is the ability to inspire others to do what needs to be done to create more than they could as individuals.

One objective of business is to create solutions to problems that others have and want solved in the most efficient manner in order to make a profit and grow the business.

How do leaders create these solutions?

There are two ways that businesses can provide the solution for their client’s problems: one is for the leader, typically the CEO or President, to determine the problem they want to solve and how they are going to solve it and then ensure that is the problem that is being worked on this is top down control, as in a command and control organization.

The other way is for the leader to create the vision and then share the vision and inspire everyone in the organization to see the vision and then encourage their employees to work on creating innovative solutions that solve the problems that their client’s want solved.

Are you ready to be a leader who has created a company filled with employees who share the vision and feel empowered to create solutions that meet the wants (and needs) of their clients and feel a sense of accomplishment at the same time?
