SunriseIt’s the beginning of February and I trust you’ve created your plan for 2014, reviewing what worked or didn’t work, making changes and putting new 90 day goals in place.  If you haven’t done that yet see my article ().

Now that you’ve had about a month to start taking action towards those goals are things going the way you thought they would or has your plan started fall apart?  Or even worse have you stopped working your plan?

Have you stopped trusting your plan?  How do you know if you’ve stopped trusting your plan?   If you ask yourself why you’re not taking the action steps you documented in your plan does the thought – “What’s the use? It’s not going to work anyways!” slide through your subconscious so quickly and quietly that you almost don’t hear it?

You might actually wonder to yourself, “Why aren’t I doing what I said I’d do?” But no answer comes to mind.

Or you find yourself doing things that weren’t part of this plan, instead you’re doing things that you did before, except they’re not working in this situation.

If you have good reason to change your plan, go ahead and change it.  Just don’t sabotage yourself by not doing what you said you were going to do.
