I just published a new book about facing our Fears (www.lovasconsulting.com/books) and then dealing with them. So I should be an expert right, sure I’m an expert on having fears, that’s why I had to write this book. And now I can’t even pretend that I don’t have any fears because I’ve put the book out there for the whole world to see. And guess what fears I’m dealing with right now. That no one will read my book so I’ve wasted all this time and energy writing and publishing it and that everyone (or at least a whole lot of people) will read the book and know about the fears I have and how I’ve tried so hard to cover up having any fears.

There I’ve said it and it’s going to be posted on my blog for the few masses to read, but you know what? It really is liberating and freeing to not have to wear this set of armor and mask. Wearing that suit of armor that I thought was keeping me safe was really a lot heavier than taking it off and letting others know about my shadow and that gremlin ego.

What about you? Are your fears really protecting you?
